Abstract

This study investigates how the National University of Chearsim Kamchaymear students perceive the effects of AI generative tools on their English language instruction. Data was gathered from 120 students using a quantitative method to evaluate the advantages, disadvantages, and moral dilemmas related to the use of AI. The results show that students favor AI technologies for independent learning, enhancing macro skills, and group projects. Obstacles like security threats, privacy concerns, and restricted access to technology and online resources hamper effective implementation. The study emphasizes that to foster confidence and enhance the use of AI in education, ethical standards encompassing unrestricted access, privacy protection, and open policies are essential. Future research should concentrate on improving accessibility, resolving technological issues, and creating AI solutions that are culturally sensitive. The research seeks to provide insightful information on how to integrate AI in educational contexts successfully.
